Listers Gotta List January FOCUS Challenge, Day Three: Ways I Can Stay Focused

  1. Set a daily schedule and stick to it.
  2. Eliminate distractions and time wasters (no internet until daily stuff is done).
  3. Set small daily and weekly goals
  4. Exercise when focus starts to drift.
  5. Caffeine to start the morning.
  6. Build downtime into the schedule, and do something fun.
