- Set a daily schedule and stick to it.
- Eliminate distractions and time wasters (no internet until daily stuff is done).
- Set small daily and weekly goals
- Exercise when focus starts to drift.
- Caffeine to start the morning.
- Build downtime into the schedule, and do something fun.
