Things I Need To Let Go Of:
- Unrealistic expectations
- Unnecessary worrying
- Fear and anxiety
- Overscheduling/taking on too much
- Regret
- People pleasing
- Taking things personally
- Self-criticism
- Comparing myself to others.
- Making excuses for others.
- Listening to other people's opinions of who I am and taking them to heart.
- Allowing others to make me feel guilty for saying no.
- Procrastinating
